Village Square

The Village Square Project went from big picture master planning to a single building, down to potential individual tenant spaces. We started by developing a master plan which included parking and traffic patterns and pedestrian and vehicle circulation. This building was also designed with the idea of versatility in mind. It can accommodate up to four tenants or a single tenant could occupy the entire building. We designed the exterior to match the current established aesthetic of the commercial park, but with a bit of a facelift so they can make similar exterior improvements to other buildings in the park.
