PASSIVE ON THE POINT

“Passive On The Point” is a one-of-a-kind lake home focused on energy efficiency and maximizing all the amenities you could desire for hosting guests. This full-service design project included the design of the main house, a shed with guest suite, and landscaping that features an in-ground pool and surrounding pool deck.

The main house features 4 bedrooms, a custom bunk room, locker room with showers off the pool deck, and a guest laundry. These clients have a big love for elevated design resulting in the selection of many bold and eclectic finishes like various wallpaper and tile patterning, a teal toilet (!), and fun wall paneling details. This home is going to be built out of “SIP panels” (structurally insulated panels) which are very air tight which in turn tightens up the home and reduces energy use, lowering utility bills!
