This project involved the development of a corporate headquarters and primary distribution facility in Brookings, SD. The first phase was designed in 2018-19, with plans for several more phases devoted to warehouse expansion. The project scope included a site plan to facilitate strategic development of the full site, and the comprehensive development of the exterior and interior, resulting in a cohesive aesthetic throughout. The Phase 2 Warehouse expansion was completed in October 2022.
