The historic Fishback Home has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1974. This distinction comes with a number of restrictions on what can or cannot be done to the home in terms of repair, renovation, or new construction.
This project was the addition of a modern living space that would provide the owners with the comfort of an air-conditioned space connected to the kitchen and informal dining room while maintaining historical integrity of the original structure both inside and out.
