Brookings Chamber & Visit Brookings

This project was a renovation of a building that was a former business along the 6th St. corridor in Brookings and new home to the Brookings Chamber and Visit Brookings offices.

Design considerations included creating office space for two separate business entities with shared amenity spaces as well as creating a fluid user experience across 3 different floor levels.

DEFINING FEATURES INCLUDE:

• Creating cohesive ADA compliant space in a building with 3 different floor levels.
• Not allowed to make structural changes
