MEYER ORTHODONTICS

This  tenant space, formerly a mattress store, was converted into an orthodontic clinic. The space was wide open with a few structural columns in place. Design focused on enhancing & maximizing the amount of natural light entering the space.

New transom windows were added to the sides of the building to bring additional light in. Then storefront was utilized on interior walls of interior rooms to bring that light even deeper into the center of the building promoting natural lighting and enhancing the overall user experience

Inspired by mid-century and Scandinavian design, materials feature a lot of natural wood, light colors, and curved wall gestures.

DEFINING FEATURES INCLUDE:

• Not allowed to make major structural changes
• ADA upgrades needed to public restroom
• Complex plumbing, air, vacuum, and specialty equipment coordination
