This is an office building conversion from 4 separate tenant suites into one with a 2-story addition on the west side of the building. Design also had to address ADA accessibility of restrooms.

The design was meant to be a flagship building for the business park and the business occupying the space. The scale of the design was done to account for the anticipated growth over the next 5 years.

DEFINING FEATURES INCLUDE:

• 2 phase design with business remaining open during majority of construction
• ADA restroom upgrades
